Scherer Associates is a residential interior design practice on Long Island's North Shore. We take on a small number of projects at a time, from a single room through a full renovation, and we stay on them start to finish.

Most projects touch all three. Some only need one. We will tell you honestly which one you are in after the first walkthrough.
Interior design
Space planning, palettes, materials, lighting, window treatments, and the full furniture plan. Drawings and samples you can hold, not mood boards you have to imagine.
Renovation and new construction
We work alongside your architect and builder on kitchens, baths, additions, and ground-up homes. Millwork, tile, plumbing, and finish selections coordinated so nothing gets decided twice.
Furniture and art procurement
Sourcing, ordering, tracking, and installation, including trade-only lines. One point of contact for every order, and one schedule that tells you when things land.
We work across Long Island and throughout New York City, and we stay close enough to a job to be there in person when it matters.
